Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered uniformly, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or items, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the first goods, provided you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist under Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) in the case of:

• contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence,
• contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
